KODO in Holiday Suites
Dear Mr. Kakaris,
My name is Luc Gerlo and I am representing the Japanese KODO Drummers who performed in Megaro Mousikis on June 11th 2009.
The KODO company, technical staff and I stayed in the Holiday Suites from June 8th until June 12th.
The service delivered by the H-S team was way beyond compare. I am really talking Manolis, Alexandros, Nikos, Constantina, Maria (Banquet Sales Executive) and last but not…Miss Katerina Vriniou who was my first contact with your staff.
The enthusiasm, service and knowledge that Katerina demonstrated even at first glance distinguished your hotel from all others I visited.

Gentlemen: Recently I and Ann Douvis spent four nights at your Holiday Suites in Athens. I felt compelled to write this brief email to inform you of our great experience. Too often we only hear the complaints and not the positive from our fellow people.
Our suite was airy, clean and roomy. Your staff (especially Nikos, & Constantina) were extremely professional and available for any and all concerns and needs that we may have had on that particular day.
Your morning breakfasts were exceptional in their presentation as well as in their nutritional value. Words escape me of this writing however suffice to say that I will recommend your hotel to others and we do plan on staying with you on our next visit.
