With the Holiday Suites Arnis Street as you starting point, the high-end shopping district of Colonaki, the commercial pedestrian street of Ermou and the traditional and alternative Monastiraki make up an ideal route for the perfect shopping experience, while strolling around some of the liveliest spots of the Greek capital. You can use the Metro, or simply enjoy Athens on foot.

Are you looking for a nearby sojourn, or a quick sea-trip? The beaches of Glyfada and Voula are within 25 and 30 km of the hotel. Fully organised with sun loungers, umbrellas, water sports facilities, seaside taverns and restaurants, as well as beach bars the beaches are a perfect change of scenery in a matter of a few minutes.
The Flisvos Marina is even closer. The luxury yacht destination is a mere 6km away from the centre, and has an echo-friendly, mild shopping mall on the water. Gaze at the sea and the luxury boats at your own leisure, while doing your shopping, enjoying good food and a plethora of recreational activities.
For those who are willing to challenge lady luck and feel confident on the black jack table, the casinos of Loutraki and Parnitha are located on the borders of Attica and are about a 60-minute drive from the centre.
But let’s not forget that Attica is, before anything else, known for its beautiful archaeological sites in majestic locations. If the Acropolis, Thiseio and the other archaeological "treasures" of the centre leave you fascinated, the Temple of Poseidon immersed in the incomparable beauty of Sounio is truly something to behold! Also visit the archaeological site in Vravrona dedicated to the goddess Artemis and the archaeological site of Eleusis.
You can also go for some island hopping on the Saronic Islands (Aegina, Hydra, Spetses and Poros), which are very close to Athens. The ships for the Saronic Islands depart from the port of Piraeus, where access is available by rail.
